Organize a hybrid New Year’s event for Beeline Kazakhstan employees, bringing together remote offices across the country. The goal is to strengthen internal communication through personal attention to each colleague and engagement in creative activities.
Creation of an interactive show program where professional art meets corporate culture. The focus is on unlocking employees’ inner potential and delivering personalized appreciation to each team member.
We directed a large-scale show, preparing employees in collaboration with expert coaches in вокal, choreography, and acting. The program featured workshops, competitions, and a live band performance. The team also executed complex logistics, including the procurement and personalized distribution of gifts to all employees, as well as holiday certificates for their children across all regional offices in Kazakhstan.
The hybrid format enabled 100% audience reach by combining the tangible presence of a physical gift with emotionally engaging digital content.
The project reinforced Beeline’s position as a caring employer that invests in the growth and talent of its people.
