To provide end-to-end organization for an international UNESCO forum involving delegates from all Central Asian countries. The primary challenge was to seamlessly integrate a formal conference with a scientific expedition to glaciers in a remote mountainous region.
Building a fully autonomous and high-tech infrastructure on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. The concept merged the academic rigor of an international summit with the adventurous spirit of a field expedition.
Managed international flight coordination, ground transportation, and specialized expedition logistics to high-altitude glaciers. Deployed mobile conference zones and workspaces in remote areas with full technical and power support. Developed the forum’s visual identity and produced high-quality kits and functional merchandise tailored for field conditions. Engineered a safe and comfortable itinerary for the scientific portion of the program.
A flawlessly executed multi-day cross-border forum with zero logistical delays. We successfully transformed a remote wild location into a world-class professional venue, enabling productive dialogue among top scientists and experts.
This project reaffirmed our capacity to handle geographically challenging events requiring a blend of precise logistics and "from scratch" infrastructure. We are honored to have supported UNESCO in its scientific mission in the heart of Central Asia.
