Our team provided full logistical support for participants arriving from all over the world, including the USA, India, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Central Asian countries, the CIS, and other regions.

We developed a cohesive key visual and a complete set of designs: printed materials, decorative elements, digital screens, and presentation templates — all in a unified style reflecting the high profile of the event.

The technical setup was fully managed by our team: simultaneous interpretation, professional audio, lighting, video and photo coverage. To ensure top-quality interpretation, we engaged highly qualified specialists from Uzbekistan.

As part of the program, we organized a welcome cocktail reception on the first day and a gala dinner at the national restaurant Qaymaq on the final evening. All participants received daily allowances, reimbursement of travel expenses, and related costs. For one participant from Congo, who arrived via Tajikistan, we arranged visa support and provided full assistance throughout the process.
