Organize a four-day Partners Camp for BCC Leasing in East Kazakhstan, combining travel across the region, outdoor activities, and informal networking between partners. A key challenge was managing logistics across a long route and working in remote locations with minimal infrastructure.
Move away from the traditional corporate retreat format and turn Partners Camp into a journey through East Kazakhstan. The route was designed around constantly changing locations, gradually immersing participants in the region’s nature, history, and atmosphere, from more accessible destinations to remote areas in the heart of the Altai.
EZ Solutions developed a four-day route through the Bukhtarma Reservoir, Katon-Karagai, Yazevoy Waterfall, Lake Karakol, and the Berel Burial Mounds. We managed transportation, accommodation, catering, off-road trips, jet skis, SUP boarding, and other activities. The highlight of the program was a night at a campsite in the Altai, where we set up an open-air cinema for the guests. Working in remote locations required additional logistics: the team transported equipment between sites and carried it by hand wherever regular infrastructure and vehicle access were unavailable.
Over 4 days, participants covered around 1,000 km by road and more than 100,000 steps, visiting some of East Kazakhstan’s key natural and historical landmarks. Partners Camp followed the planned route and concluded with an overnight stay in the heart of the Altai.

For BCC Leasing, we organised a Partners Camp with jeep rides, jet skis, SUP boards, a tent camp, and an open-air cinema. We can’t share our guests’ happy faces, but we’re glad to share the views from this trip. They speak for themselves.
