To conduct a series of product-focused webinars for the Ikon Tyres partner sales network. The primary challenge was to effectively deliver complex technical information in an online format while overcoming the common issue of "audience fatigue" and distracted attention.
Тransforming a standard webinar into an interactive quest. To maintain maximum focus, we implemented a real-time engagement system featuring "Easter eggs" and instant touchpoints, directly impacting the participants' chances of winning grand prizes in the final draw.
Designed and integrated a system of spontaneous on-screen triggers. Participants had to be the first to react to hidden cues or answer pop-up questions to earn points for their final ranking. Full technical oversight of the broadcasts, including live chat moderation and content quality control. Managed the entire project lifecycle—from developing the creative mechanics and scripts to database administration and prize fund logistics. Organized a final grand prize draw for the most active participants, reinforcing high brand loyalty within the partner network.
Partners gained deep product knowledge through an engaging experience, while the client received an effective educational tool with transparent engagement metrics.
