Task

Our team was tasked with organizing a prestigious status presentation for a new vehicle, designed to vividly showcase its core advantages: absolute comfort, cutting-edge technology, and an elite level of privacy. We needed to develop an original concept, surprise a discerning audience with an extraordinary show, and create the atmosphere of an exclusive, private premium club—completely reimagining the classic car launch format.

Idea

The event was built around the concept "Your Personal Business Jet," drawing a parallel between the vehicle's comfort and private aviation rather than just commercial business class. The Swissôtel Grand Hall was completely transformed through a unique spatial design. Guests were immersed in the atmosphere of flight and luxury from the very first seconds as they went through a stylized check-in process. Meanwhile, interactive zones featuring professional flight simulators allowed everyone to personally take the controls and experience the high-tech nature of the concept.

Execution

Our team delivered the project as a turnkey solution, requiring highly complex engineering and staging. For the climax, we bet on kinetic art and performance, becoming the first in Kazakhstan to implement a choreographed fabric dance using specialized winches. Computer-controlled aerial canvases created a mesmerizing illusion of flight and airflow, culminating in the spectacular reveal of the car. The entire project, from calibrating intricate technical equipment and integrating flight simulators to lighting direction and sound design, was coordinated by our team in real time, ensuring flawless timing and a true wow effect.

Result

We did more than just showcase a product; we forged a deep emotional connection between the vehicle's philosophy and the audience.

The successful integration of a complex flying fabric mechanism demonstrated our team’s ability to execute bold international event-production trends, reinforcing the agency’s position as a reliable partner for delivering technologically advanced shows.
