To organize the Chill & Grill conference for AppsFlyer partners, ensuring seamless program execution, technical support, and a comfortable experience for both attendees and speakers.
To combine a business conference with an informal networking event in a single format. After the presentations, guests were invited to stay, connect in a relaxed atmosphere, and continue networking through interactive activities.
The agency team managed the event end-to-end, including venue coordination, technical production, speaker and presentation support, guest registration, preparation of branded materials, and coffee break organization. To extend the experience beyond the conference program, we created an entertainment segment featuring handcrafted board games and a cocktail-making masterclass, encouraging guests to interact in a more informal setting.
The event successfully brought together a conference and a networking experience within a single format. Following the official program, guests stayed on to enjoy the activities, meet new people, and continue conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.
