Create a professional event for the implantology community that would present MegaGen’s latest technologies, provide a platform for knowledge sharing and combine the business programme with informal networking for participants and partners.
Frame the congress as a journey from knowledge to practice: expert insights on stage, technology solutions in the exhibition area and continued conversations at Mega Night. The congress combined the status of a major international event with a carefully designed guest experience, where each part of the programme supported deep professional engagement.
We led the creative and technical production of the project, developing a concept and visual identity that connected the business and evening venues. At Astana Ballet, we created the venue design, stage, screens, navigation, presentation and print materials, participant merchandise, build-out and technical production, including lighting, sound and multimedia support. Our team coordinated the programme, international and Kazakhstani speakers, the MegaGen and partner exhibition area, contractors, technical services and catering. For Mega Night at Saltanat Sarayi, we created a separate décor and managed the technical production, evening programme, catering and headline performance.
On 11 September, the congress brought together more than 1,000 dental professionals from 10 countries. Participants explored new MegaGen solutions, reviewed clinical cases and connected with colleagues and brand representatives, before concluding the day at the Mega Night gala dinner.
