The EZ Solutions team prepared and designed the registration area, branded the venue, built stands for partners and distributors, and provided technical setup for all event spaces. The main programme featured speaker sessions and presentations on current cybersecurity topics. Thematic sessions ran simultaneously in separate rooms, so the team coordinated the programme, technical services, partners and participant flow throughout the event.
Fortinet Security Day brought together more than 500 participants in one venue. The zoning enabled the main programme, parallel sessions and partner exhibition to operate together while maintaining clear navigation and a unified visual style.
