To deliver a turnkey large-scale Fortinet Security Day technology conference in Almaty at the premium venue Ritz-Carlton. The key objective was to emphasize the status of the event, ensure an impeccable level of comfort for top management and brand partners, and create an environment for effective professional dialogue.

To integrate cutting-edge AI trends and cybersecurity expertise into the premium atmosphere of the event through a seamless guest journey — from the very first moment at registration to the final networking session.
Execution
Comprehensive event management and technical production delivered within tight setup timelines. The EZ Solutions team ensured full coordination with the venue and seamless collaboration across all event partners. The project included complete technical equipment for sound and visual production, the creation of custom-designed branding materials, as well as the design, furnishing, and branding of a dedicated Expert Zone. To ensure smooth guest flow and impeccable service, a dedicated registration area with trained agency staff was also organized.
