Задача

To design and execute a flagship Lexus brand zone for an international ATP 250 tennis tournament. The primary challenge was to create a technological hub of attraction that delivered a premium hospitality experience alongside high-impact brand visibility.

Идея

The Lexus Experience. Transforming the brand presence into a destination point. Grounded in the brand’s philosophy of Omotenashi (hospitality) and innovation, the concept offered guests a unique and unforgettable way to engage with Lexus within a sophisticated lounge environment.

Реализация

A 10-day construction cycle for complex multi-level structures, managed by a dedicated team of 70 specialists (engineers, decorators, and technical staff). Developed guest engagement scenarios, integrating high-tech solutions and premium relaxation areas. Full project oversight, from technical blueprints and material logistics to on-site coordination throughout the tournament. Crafted an aesthetic consistent with global Lexus standards, making the zone the most photographed location of the event.

Результат

The Lexus brand zone became the tournament’s central hub, attracting visitors as a standalone attraction.
