Deliver the annual Binance Pizza Day simultaneously across three cities in Kazakhstan, ensuring a consistent service standard and full alignment with the event's global brand guidelines.
The project's defining feature was its simultaneous execution across three cities. Despite different venues, local teams, and logistics, each meetup followed the same scenario, delivering a consistent atmosphere and upholding the international event standards of Binance.
From May 21 to 23, our team delivered simultaneous meetups in three cities across Kazakhstan, each welcoming 200–300 attendees. We managed venue sourcing and coordination, catering, venue branding in line with Binance's brand guidelines, hostess operations for registration and interactive zones, on-site program management, host coordination, and photo and video production at every location. By running multiple teams in parallel, we ensured a consistent standard of execution and a seamless event experience across all three cities.
All three events were delivered in sync with Binance's global program and fully aligned with the brand's international standards. Attendees enjoyed a high-quality community experience, engaging with industry experts and fellow participants, while each local meetup became an integral part of the global Binance Pizza Day initiative.
Although the event took place across three different cities, it felt like one unified experience, sharing the same atmosphere and energy throughout. Participants in every location enjoyed the same seamless experience, as if they were all part of one large, synchronized event.
