Create a functional space for expert discussion, exploration of meetup materials and informal networking.
We designed and built seven thematic zones to help guests engage with the meetup topics in a comfortable format. Each zone focused on a specific area, featured a TV screen for presentations and video content, and included printed information materials. The venue, printed materials and work surfaces were designed in a unified visual style. For the panel discussion, we prepared the stage and technical setup; for the coffee break, a branded space for relaxation and networking. We also organised a prize draw as an interactive activity for guests. A team of hostesses welcomed and registered participants and helped them navigate the zones. We also provided photo and video coverage, producing a photo library and event recap video.
Over four hours, the meetup brought together an expert programme, thematic zones and informal networking in one space. Participants could explore materials on the topics most relevant to them, join the discussion and continue the conversation during the coffee break.
On 10 September, Binance held a meetup at the Radisson Hotel, featuring a panel discussion, seven thematic zones and interactive activities for guests.
