Organize a large-scale New Year’s event for 4,000 Beeline employees following the company’s transition to remote work. The goal was to preserve corporate spirit and congratulate every colleague across the country by uniting them on a single digital platform.
"BeeBestTalent": transforming the traditional banquet into an interactive live television broadcast. The core focus was on inclusivity and participation—the evening’s stars were not guest celebrities, but the employees themselves, showcasing their talents to the entire company.
The team conducted a large-scale casting call, selecting 12 finalists from 104 applicants, and provided professional coaching with a director to prep performances for the live broadcast on the client’s internal platform. The program featured exclusive video content, supported by creative social and logistical solutions: promotional codes for the "Meloman" store were distributed for employees' children, and simultaneous food delivery was coordinated for 4,000 employees across Kazakhstan, creating a shared festive dining experience in a digital space.
We successfully erased geographical boundaries and translated the energy of a live celebration into a digital format.
The project demonstrated the high adaptability of the Beeline brand: every employee felt like part of a massive team, even from home. The corporate event was not just a broadcast, but a fully immersive interactive experience with deep employee engagement.
