Within the framework of this project several educational events were successfully implemented for the URS organization: training courses, workshops and presentations. The events were attended by representatives of various Kazakhstani and foreign organizations, including specialists from government bodies and invited foreign experts.
EZS Agency provided logistical support for all participants and experts. The package of provided services included search and coordination of the venue, coordination of subcontractors, selection of travel routes for participants, purchase of air or railway tickets, organization of guests’ transfers, hotel accommodation for participants, preparation of conferences rooms for events, the provision of necessary equipment and its maintenance, services of a photographer, printing of handouts, and other on-site trouble shooting of various organizational matters.
