The Thai company COCO Travel requested EZS Agency to organize an advertising and information conference for heads and managers of Almaty travel agencies. The main goal of the conference was to acquaint the representatives of the tourism industry of Almaty with the services and competitive advantages of the recently launched tour operator at the Thai market. Our Agency, with the help of partners in the tourism industry, has prepared the most complete database of Almaty travel agencies and ensured participation of representatives of over 100 companies at the conference. We also provided a full package of services for organizing, holding and PR-support of the conference: selection and design of the venue hall, development and production of POSM, transportation services, provision of translators, photographers, coordination with mass media and other logistic support.
