Training seminar for employees of the procurement and logistics service

Beeline Kazakhstan creates ideas at an enviable rate, and we are happy to implement them. Not so long ago, we held a Leaders Forum, and immediately began preparing several events at once, one of which is the annual closed seminar for Beeline employees, which we want to talk about today. This year the seminar solved a difficult task - to turn the participants into a close-knit team.

The difficulty was that most of the Beeline employees work remotely, the team is growing and many of the seminar participants saw each other for the first time. We only had a few hours to introduce them and unite them! Super task from super client!

We invited several cool speakers to the seminar for a 7-hour team-building intensive, where participants interacted with each other on a mental level, and also organized an intellectual battle Brainboy. And we strengthened the communication on the mental level with emotional communication with dancing and entertainment at the gala dinner, which was attended by the incredible @icecreamband. The day was very busy and productive. Thanks to Beeline for the trust!
