For the conference, we developed a website that included personal accounts for participants to collect information and accumulate points. During the event, participants took tests and quizzes, earned points, and then became lucky winners of prizes from event partners.

It was important to set up a personal accounts so that there was no confusion, and all the points responsibly "flowed" into the account of the participant.

Each participant had a badge with QR, which provides a full contact list of the person. Convenient and modern, especially in a forum where partnerships and new collaborations are established.

The organization also included preparation of the location, production, decoration, design of materials, lighting, sound and video equipment and coordination of the whole process.
