To hold the conference in a hybrid format with online broadcasting, we worked out the mechanics of the presentation part and an entertaining but not intrusive program. Partner events always require a rather careful approach, so that the guests benefit but are not bored.

During the conference new products were presented, guests got acquainted with each other with the help of exhibition stands, and also had an opportunity to participate in AI-activity. Our team invented and developed a photo zone with built-in artificial intelligence.

The organization also included location selection, decoration, design of presentation material, production, sound, light and video equipment.
