For the pharmaceutical company Bionorica, we developed a symposium concept that seamlessly combined a scientific approach with interactive engagement. The event was organized for general practitioners, ENT specialists, and allergists, showcasing the company’s key products: Sinupret, Tonsilgon, and Bronchipret.
We designed a series of activities that not only provided in-depth insights into the products but also engaged participants through a "Traveler's Passport" system. By collecting stamps, attendees had the chance to win prizes, making the experience both informative and dynamic.
For the visual aspect of the event, we created a custom-designed photo zone and an AI-powered photo booth, both carefully curated to align with the overall event aesthetics.
Additionally, we handled catering, technical support (sound, lighting, and multimedia content), and ensured seamless coverage by professional photographers and a video production team.
The evening concluded with an elegant gala dinner featuring a well-orchestrated show program with hosts, dancers, and musicians. Attention to detail and a comprehensive approach allowed us to craft a stylish and memorable event.
