Carrying out a New Year's holiday for the Kar-Tel became the EZS agency’s internal record - a turn-key organization of two major New Year events in two cities with a total number of participants over 1400 people with a lead time less than 1 week!

Kar-Tel’s employees participated in the talent contest in advance, which became the theme of the New Year's "Talent Show", at which the contestants, who passed the qualifying round went to the stages of the "Korme Exhibition Complex" in Astana and the Royal Tulip Hotel in Almaty to compete for the main prizes.

The Agency faced an uneasy task of preparing within a very limited time period all decorations, conduct rehearsals with the director, provide for the necessary accessories for performers, organize the purchase and distribution of gift certificates throughout Kazakhstan, prepare the venues and resolve all organizational issues with the administration of the sites, coordination and direction of the event, booking of artists etc. – which the Agency successfully accomplished. In addition to the concert program, guests of the evening enjoyed various surprises and entertainment: ranging from consultation of the numerologist and the festive aqua-make up to the playing area and photo session. The events in both cities were hosted by star showman Andrey Malyshev, with music support from Ice Cream Band and Jam Band.
