This year, the concept of the New Year holiday, which our Agency traditionally holds for EFES Kazakhstan in Almaty and Karaganda, was the musical "EFEStival" with elements of future technologies. At the welcome-site featured interactive zones where guests could immerse themselves in the technology of the future - Oculus Rift, Mind Games, etc. For the photo sessions, an unusual high-tech press wall “Bullet Time” was prepared, as well as a photobook with instant printing of photos with the Event’s logo.
With the help of skillful decor, light and sound at the venue, an atmosphere of a fashionable night club was created. The program of the evening consisted of corporate awards of employees, an interactive program from the host Artem Lesin, performances within the selected concept, "Yourkers" live band and several DJs performance. One of the "zests" of the evening was the speech of the HR director of the company in the style of a DJ.
The agency organized the event "on a turn-key basis": carried out preparation of designs and production of the entire decoration to support the overall theme, booking of artists and selection of the host, photo and video shooting, development of the concept and scenario, direction and coordination of the event.
