For the mobile operator Kar-Tel/Beeline, the EZS Agency organized and conducted the annual “Leaders Forum”. At this two-day event with a hard-driving program, the best employees of the company demonstrated their talents and abilities, leadership potential and team interaction.  In addition to the official program and conference with the participation of foreign speakers, the Forum participants visited the EXPO exhibition, accompanied by professional guides and circus show Du Soleil. The culmination of the two-day Forum was a gala dinner, which was for the first time for the company held in the format of a family evening, at which the spouses of employees were invited. As the concept of the banquet, the theme of a family television evening, brilliantly realized by the host Rinat Safargulov and artists of the “Nebalet” show was chosen.
