Space Party

The first week of October is the world space week in which the American Consulate in Almaty held the Space party. The Agency completed the full development and preparation of the program on October 8. The event was divided into 2 parts - the children's and evening parts. A large number of various workshops for children were held, a mobile planetarium was installed, many interactive areas where visitors could listen to the sounds of other planets, find out their weight on other planets, films were screened from the NASA collection. At the evening program, guests were given the opportunity to make covers for well-known cosmic tunes; the mood was created by a DJ and presenter with informative competitions.

Also, in addition to the main event on October 8, the agency helped organize the launch of the Space Week, lectures on astrophotography and observing stars, excursions to the observatory, and an exhibition of astrophotography.
