For the USAID CTJ, EZ Solutions provided full organizational and technical support for the preparation and conduct of the Central Asian Trade Forum in Shymkent.

For the sixth time, EZ Solutions provides logistics and technical support for this event. This year, our team coped with the following tasks:

1. improvement of the website, registration, and moderation of participants
2. online broadcast of the plenary and Forum sessions
3. invitation of participants from all over Central Asia and neighboring countries
4. decoration of the venue
5. providing necessary equipment
6. design development
7. preparation and production of handouts
8. transport and logistics support
9. overall coordination of the event and other services
10. preparing videos about the event

We invited to speak at the forum International speakers and heads of manufacturing companies with the most successful brands who shared their experience and knowledge with the participants of the Forum. The mass media were actively involved in widespread coverage of the Forum in the press and on television.
