Международная Центральноазиатская конференция «Масложировые ингредиенты в производстве пищевых продуктов»

The peculiarity of the project was that all negotiations and all communication with the customer during the preparatory period were conducted remotely with the head office of the company in the city of Voronezh (Russia). We are grateful to Efko-Almaty LLP for the trust that was given to us in making many working decisions. To organize and conduct the conference, our team provided the following services: selection and rent of a conference venue, accommodation of guests, production of handouts and souvenirs, transportation services and organization of excursions in Almaty and the Efko-Almaty plant, Gala- Dinner with extensive entertainment program, photography and general logistics support. About 100 people from 5 countries of Central Asia took part in the event. At the end of the conference, the Agency received a lot of positive feedback from the participants and appreciation of its work from the management of the Customer.
