USKZ fest

The US Embassy in Kazakhstan had chosen our event agency for organizing and hosting the USKZ fest, a city festival dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the United States and Kazakhstan. For three days the festival program featured artists from Kazakhstan and the USA: Galymzhan Moldanazar, Nurgul Nusipzhanova, Asyl Group, Charles Turner, Break of Reality and Grace Garrett, educational lectures and master classes, exhibitions and children’s Programs, defile from fashion designers and the performance of student theater KELT.

The Agency’s tasks included:

• Full project supervision;
• provision of light, sound, projection and other equipment;
• selection and rent of tents and furniture;
• production of branded design and branded souvenirs;
• logistic support: transportation, installation, dismantling;
• communication with project partners for the organization of vendor’s alley and food court zone;
• script development, selection and briefing of the event hosts;
• Directing the Festival program, coordination of artists appearances;
• Organization of a festive evening and a buffet table;
• other organizational issues.

Over three days of this large-scale and vivid project, more than 30,000 people visited its events.  For the impeccable organization of the Festival, the EZS Agency received a letter of appreciation from the US Embassy.
