Тимбилдинг «Формула 1»

A “Formula One” concept was developed for summer teambuilding of HUAWEI company. Personnel of the company was divided into crew teams, each needing to design and build own race car during the program, prepare it for the race and take part in the Grand Prix competitions. Three crews, who took the first, second and third place in the race, received the winners’ cups.

In addition to the main team building program, various entertainment zones were arranged on the event site: inflatable twister, volleyball, karaoke, board games, bumperball. A bright and pathetic culmination of the program was a collective flash mob captured on video from a quadcopter.
