The Russian company Alidi, which entered the Kazakhstan market in 2016, requested EZS Agency to conduct a team building for the newly recruited personnel of the Kazakhstan branch. We proposed for the program the concept of the “Olympics” with various sports and entertainment events. The day passed in a very bright and eventful manner: preparation for contests in different disciplines, sports competitions, winners’ awards, an impressive collective flash mob, a festive program. But most importantly, the main task was fulfilled: the new employees of the company got to know each other more closely and felt as a single team. The agency received high recognition from the management of Alidi.
