Within a two-year course on Applied Epidemiology, a two-week training course on Biostatistics and the EPI INFO program for cadets of the 13th cohort was held in late October-early November. During the first week, the training was conducted by the Director of the Applied Epidemiology Program, and during the second week the invited specialist from the Tashkent office of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) / CAR. The training was hosted by the Holiday Inn hotel with a full conference package. EZS provided a full package of training services: arranging the arrival of cadets, hotel, transportation services, selection and preparation of a conference room with all necessary equipment, preparation and printing of materials and other ad-hoc support services.
