Тренинг-семинар «Внедрение командного менеджмента»

The Astana branch of the EZS agency has prepared and conducted a “turnkey” training seminar and team building event for the employees of the JSC “Kazakhstan institute for industry development” (KIID) in one of the most picturesque places of Kazakhstan – Borovoye. The turnkey organization included preparation for the event, organization of out-of-town trip, implementation of the program, arranging gifts for participants, selecting and solving organizational issues with the host, trainer, instructors and DJ. The main topic of the training was the issue of interaction in a team of people with different characters. The following teambuilding, held in the style of the TV show “Moscow Nights”, helped consolidate the theoretical material and demonstrate in practice the possibilities and results of teamwork and the establishment of mutual understanding in the team. Joint solution of logical tasks, participation in creative competitions and interactive communication with the host helped employees of the JSC “KIID” get closer and make friends.

After successful completion of the event, the management of JSC “KIID” expressed gratitude to the managers of the EZS agency for the perfect organization of the program.
