Far Eastern Europe & Central Asia Regional Meeting

EZS Agency provided a full package of services (administrative support and creative content) for the organization of the first major event of the UnionPay payment system in Kazakhstan – a three-day conference “Far Eastern Europe & Central Asia Regional Meeting” with participation of senior officials of the National Bank and the largest banks in Kazakhstan. For this event, we prepared: the development and production of designs and layouts of printed materials and design, copywriting materials and scripts of the official program and Gala dinner, full logistics support for foreign guests and their accommodation at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, catering (coffee breaks, lunches and dinners) for all conference participants, translation and transportation services, excursion program for city guests, support of the conference and Gala dinner.
