Under a long-term contract for the administration of training programs for the employees of KATCO, during January – December 2015, EZS Agency organized over 55 training courses and seminars for KATCO specialists in various areas, including:

• Legal communication
• Accounting courses
• Teaching Russian, English and French languages
• Peculiarities of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Effective manager
• Building an integrated system of motivation and reward
• A number of technical specialized trainings for workers at the mine
• Others

To conduct training courses, the Agency attracted specialists and trainers from Europe, Belarus, the UAE, Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
