We organized a launch event for physicians as part of the promotion for a new medication. The event took place at the Radisson hotel in Astana, gathering leading medical specialists from all over Kazakhstan.
Our responsibilities encompassed comprehensive event organization, starting from creating a unique design to manufacturing all necessary elements. We designed and produced banners, original table decorations, frames, badges, scarves, and stands for the medication demonstration, as well as taking care of all the decorative components.
Furthermore, our agency ensured photography and videography of the event, followed by the processing of materials and their adaptation to the event's concept. This allowed us to create a vivid and memorable visual accompaniment that highlighted the key moments and achievements of the event.
An important part of our work was also organizational support: we arranged lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks, so that the participants could not only engage in fruitful communication in a professional setting but also enjoy excellent cuisine and hospitality.
