For the anniversary week for the VEON and Beeline Board of Directors, we transformed a business trip into a full-scale cultural journey across Kazakhstan. Each day had its own narrative — from business meetings and countryside excursions to immersive brand zones and a gala show.
Mornings began with intimate conferences and business sessions at Swissotel, where the main hall was reimagined for private meetings: branded materials, thoughtful navigation, and coordination between rooms. Afternoons took guests beyond the city — to majestic landscapes, fresh air, and encounters with Kazakhstan’s nature.
Evenings were dedicated to gastronomic discoveries: dinner at Sandyk with authentic Kazakh cuisine, and at Auyl with signature dishes and bespoke floral design. The atmosphere was enriched by a visit from a berkutchi with a live golden eagle, an ethnic DJ performance, a Kazakh wine tasting, and an interactive photo booth.
Special attention was given to gifts and experiences: torsyks (traditional leather flasks), silver tumars (amulets), and shankobyz (jaw harps) accompanied by a live master class. The highlight of the week was an evening with Beeline demo zones inside three yurts — theatrical performances, akyn (improvised poetry) battles, local delicacies, and ethnic music — followed by a gala dinner telling the story of Kazakhstan through staging, music, dance, and lighting.
The final note was an open-air BBQ with a wine casino, a cigar master class, and a warm birthday greeting for the VEON CEO. Every minute of this week was part of a grand production of impressions — where business and culture met in one project.
