For its regular client – TTI – EZS agency regularly conducts trainings for representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan healthcare system through CDC and TTI training programs.  In 2017, two series of clinical trainings were held in the cities of Kyzylorda and Taraz.  Trainings-seminars were aimed at cases studies to identify instances where especially dangerous diseases – botulism, tularemia, brucellosis, etc were detected. During the working week, Kazakhstani specialists upgraded their qualifications in the professional field thanks to the experienced trainers of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In Almaty, EZS organized a round table for 27 participants. At this event, Kazakhstan’s epidemiologists shared the experience of research, discussed the participants’ completed work in 2016 in the South Kazakhstan region. The main goal of this meeting was to consolidate the plans for improving epidemiological surveillance and strengthening the diagnostic capacity of laboratories.

The agency EZS provided services of participants’ enrollment, logistics support, preparation of printed materials, accommodation and travel of participants, as well as general coordination of activities on the ground.
